Vet Tech Services was formed in 2001 by Virginia Jones. After working in the Veterinary field for many years Virginia identified a key issue affecting almost all veterinary practices. “What do you do when a team member is sick, on vacation/medical leave or at a continuing education event?”
At the time the only options were to have your team work overtime, causing budget overruns and team fatigue, or to provide a degraded level of service to your clients and patients. Neither of these are acceptable. Virginia began gathering a team of local experienced LVT’s with the sole purpose of assisting veterinary practices so that they can continue giving their clients the high level of service they expect and deserve.
